The police discovered a video showing Elvish Yadav with two snakes. Yadav, who previously didn’t admits organizing viper venom at rave festivities, told the police that Bollywood singer Fazilpura had provided the snakes. Elvish Yadav was arrested by the Noida Police on Sunday, March 17, as part of their investigation into the incident. Later, he was taken to court, where he was ordered to spend fourteen days in jail. It’s important to know that Yadav is one of six people mentioned in a police report filed at Noida’s Sector 49 police station. The other five people, who are snake charmers, were first arrested in November but have been released on bail since then.

Yadav is charged with breaking the Wildlife Protection Act of 1972 and several sections of the Indian Penal Code, including those about criminal plans, careless actions that put people in danger from poison, and careless actions with animals. He also faces accusations under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. Forensic reports have confirmed the presence of snake venom in samples taken from the party location before.
